Terms Of Service - Read And Agree Before Registration

The Service

1. These terms and conditions apply to all and any use of our CCDates.com and related services

("CCDates.com") as well as to all and any messages or material sent and communications made through

CCDates.com ("Messages").

2. By using CCDates.com you promise that you are over the age of 18 years and you are able to accept these

terms and conditions.

3. By using CCDates.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you are not allowed to and must not use CCDates.com or

send any Messages.

5. We may make alterations to these terms and conditions from time to time and these variations shall become
effective immediately upon being available from this page.

6. CCDates.com is a personal dating information web site service owned and operated by CCDates LLC.

7. By using CCDates.com you promise us that you have the necessary hardware, software and capability required
for Messages, email and internet usage.

8. CCDates.com is an online entertainment and communication service which is operated and owned by us.
Intellectual Property Rights

9. All copyright, design right, database right, trade marks, trade mark rights and like rights (whether are
registered or not) and any applications therefore ("Intellectual Property Rights") in CCDates.com belong to
and vest in us, or are licensed to us unless otherwise specified. We hereby assert and reserve all such of
our rights.

10. You promise not to hack, attempt to hack, distribute, modify, transmit, re-use, re-post, or use any or
all of CCDates.com or the information contained therein for any purpose other than as set out above.

14. You promise not to process or otherwise use the information contained on or within CCDates.com for any
illegal or immoral purpose, and you promise not to use or process the same unfairly.

15. You promise to keep all copyright notices and other proprietary notices contained on CCDates.com.
Use of CCDates.com

16. You are only allowed to download and use CCDates.com for your private, non-commercial, personal use.

17. You cannot sub license or deal in this right without our prior written permission.

18. Accordingly, you agree not to:

   1. use CCDates.com for any commercial or business purpose;
   2. include any contact details that are intended to enable communication of any sort (including but not
      limited to email address, postal address, phone number, web address etc.) in your initial posting on
      CCDates.com (this material can be shared after you have subscribed);
   3. use your access to CCDates.com, or information gathered from it, to send unsolicited bulk email.

19. We have not verified or reviewed third party web sites with links from CCDates.com and you use and access
such third party web sites at your own risk.

20. The username and password that we issue to you is personal to you to enable your use of and access to
CCDates.com. You must not disclose either to any third party without our prior written consent.

21. All email communications sent by us, and any attachments thereto, are intended only for the addressee
and/or others authorised to receive them.

22. We and CCDates.com may generate automatic emails for the purposes of information and / or entertainment.
By using CCDates.com you agree and accept that you shall receive these messages and that not all messages or
Messages which you receive may be genuine.

Third Parties

23. CCDates.com includes and provides access to web sites and services provided by third parties.

24. Any arrangements made with any third party are between you and that third party and shall be subject to
the terms and conditions agreed between you and that third party, available on the third party's web site or

service.

25. We accept no liability for the performance or otherwise of any third party in supplying any service
including, but not limited to personal dating information services.

26. Your use of CCDates.com and its contents is entirely at your sole risk. CCDates.com and its contents and
any referral or introduction to any third party or third party service are all provided without any
representation, endorsements, or warranties of any kind whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, we make and
you should rely upon no representations, endorsements, or warranties either express or implied, made by us in
entering into any agreement with any third party through CCDates.com and we shall have no liability in
relation to any such representation unless made fraudulently.
Messages

27. We are in the business of providing a personal dating information service and ancillary to this we are
engaged in the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting or translation of third party
communications without selection or alteration of the content of the communication for which we are a mere
conduit.

28. You agree and accept that we have no responsibility to review the content of the Messages on (or sent or
received through) CCDates.com all of which are made available on the basis that we shall not be required to
exercise any control or judgment of their content or the material posted or contained therein.

29. The views expressed in any Messages are the views of the individual authors and not ours unless we
specify otherwise. In particular, but without limitation to the above, we are not responsible for and we
disclaim all liability in respect of any comments, views or remarks expressed in any Messages.

30. We give no warranty and make no representation as to the accuracy, currency or validity of the
information and material contained within the Messages or CCDates.com, and we shall not be responsible for
any loss or damage caused as a result of any use of such material.

31. You agree and promise that you will not post to or transmit to the Service any statement, material or

Message that:

   1. is unlawful or which gives rise to civil or criminal liability;
   2. infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
   3. is technically harmful such as computer viruses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious software or

harmful data;
   4. is abusive, pornographic, aggressive, defamatory, libellous, untrue, discriminatory, obscene,

inflammatory or racist whatsoever;
   5. harasses any person;
   6. may be deemed a marketing or commercial communication or promotes the products or services of any

person other than us or CCDates.com;
   7. promotes any illegal or unlawful activity including but not limited to solicitation, gambling or the

sale of prescription medicines;
   8. is aimed at persons under the age of 18;
   9. seeks or attempts to make any arrangement to meet any child or person under the age of 18 with or

without the intent to abuse them sexually or which may have such a meeting as its object or effect;
  10. contains any restricted material, including but not limited to passwords, medical information or

confidential information of any person; or
  11. solicits, invites, encourages, advocates, incites or provokes any or all of the foregoing.

32. You further agree that in any activity undertaken following and related to your use of CCDates.com you
will not in any way conduct yourself in a manner which is unlawful or which gives rise to civil or criminal
liability or which might call CCDates.com into disrepute.

33. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all liability that we may have in respect of and
arising out of your use of CCDates.com and your Messages.

34. We shall be entitled to remove or restrict any Messages which we determine in our sole and absolute
discretion as possibly unacceptable including but not limited to as described in these terms and conditions.

CCDates.com ASKS THAT USERS TAKE PARTICULAR CARE IN RELATION TO THE DISCLOSURE OF THEIR OWN PERSONAL

INFORMATION INCLUDING SURNAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, PLACE OF WORK AND PLACES THEY GO

OUT, ETC.
Privacy and Data Policy

35. We only use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

36. When you subscribe or sign up to CCDates.com, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit

non-sensitive personal data to CCDates.com (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email

address, contact and bank / credit card details). We may also record your interests and usage patterns and

site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with an internal security policy and may be

used to:

   1. process Messages, your membership of CCDates.com and enable your use of CCDates.com;

38. We will give you the choice (for example once you have subscribed or signed up) whether or not you want

us, or other in our view reputable companies, to contact you about future offers, events and new services or

related activities that you may find useful. We will not bombard you with emails, but we would like to keep

you informed of developments of CCDates.com.

info@CCDates.com) and the information will be corrected as soon as possible or removed from the database as

you request.

46. We are registered with the Information Commissioner in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Liability

47. We provide and maintain CCDates.com for your personal entertainment, on an "as is" basis.

48. We shall be liable only to provide CCDates.com with reasonable skill and care and give no other warranty

in connection with CCDates.com.

49. Subject as aforesaid, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or

damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or

consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to us and we shall have no

liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

   1. any incorrect or inaccurate information on CCDates.com and all interruptions to or delays in updating

the service;
   2. the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their

use of CCDates.com;
   3. any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect

computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading

CCDates.com, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from us or its licensees;
   4. the availability, quality, content or nature of the other sites on the internet that are owned and

operated by third parties ("External Sites") to which CCDates.com link and web sites located on or through

any External Site, nor for any transactions involving External Sites (including as to "cookies", personal

data, confidential information, or purchases of domain names or other services). You should contact the site

administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links, web sites

or transactions;
   5. all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have

effect;
   6. any acts or omissions of any third party.

50. We do not warrant that the operation of CCDates.com will be uninterrupted or error free.

51. Our terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the

applicable law, nor shall it exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our

negligence, nor any fraudulent representation.
Termination

52. We shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and

use of the Service upon your breach of any part of these terms and conditions whatsoever.

53. Termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of either party.

54. We will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such

failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond our reasonable control including

without limitation internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
General

55. Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied,

statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law (but

subject to your statutory and common law consumer rights).

57. We act as principal on our own account and not as agent for you or any other person.

58. If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement this will not be considered a waiver of any

provision or right.

59. In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such part will at

our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the

provisions will remain in full force and effect.

60. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and shall apply to the

exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.

61. Use of CCDates.com and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United States of America

which shall

exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions,

licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of

America and both parties

agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts.

62. CCDates.com is intended for and directed at the UK and no representation or warranty is made as to

whether CCDates.com complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries.
